Do pottery yourself

Create something with your own hand

In the Weissacher family’s pottery you can not only admire works of art made of clay, but you also have the opportunity to lend a hand. This is a welcome change, especially for the younger guests. There are almost no limits to your own creativity and you can let your imagination run wild and model it however you like. The processes that are required to turn the clay into a finished workpiece are extremely interesting. Those who stay in Embach long enough can glaze their self-made tricks after storage and firing before they have to be fired again and they are ready to take away.

Embacher Berggolf

Tee off from the old Ziach sledge – putting through the Ackeregge

The panorama path with golf stations extends over six kilometers on the Embach high plateau. The mountain golf course was built with great attention to detail from old utensils from Embacher farms. For example, the discarded horse-drawn sleigh is knocked off and later punched into an old mill over wooden slats. In addition to the extraordinary stations, there are also local fauna and flora to discover on the golf course. The breathtaking panorama of the Salzburg mountains is a constant companion on the 2-3 hour course. The fun is definitely not neglected on this rustic round of golf. Three mountain inns provide refreshments and local delicacies for refreshment in between.

opening hours : Daily from May to October
